What's included with my package?
Every package includes full venue access on the event day, including luxury cabin, putting green, koi pond, waterfalls, bar building, dance floor, forest location, romantic bistro lighting, custom wood benches (seating ~100), and 70 black chairs for use.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, but only beer, wine, and seltzers. Hard liquor is strictly prohibited. A Washington State Banquet Permit is required, and if using a bartender, they must hold a valid Washington State liquor license.
What time do events end?
All events must conclude by 10:00 PM regardless of package. All guests must vacate by 10:00 PM, with a $250 per 30-minute fee for any time past 10:00 PM. Only overnight packages allow guests to remain after 10:00 PM.
Do we need to use BUX for rentals?
No, it's optional. However, for one-day packages, all rentals must be delivered and picked up the same day. Overnight storage is only permitted with packages that include overnight stays.
